Why Blue Sky?
The first Blue Sky opened up in Lubbock in 2010 on 98th and Quaker. Many of you have probably visited Blue Sky with your family, co-workers, little league teams, and friends. If you haven’t visited either location, why not now? Great for Lubbockites and visitors!
The environment is perfect for a burger and beer while also being a great place for kids. Both locations have TVs to cheer on the Red Raiders! The food is fresh and of high quality. The buns are baked daily, the meat is pattied, fries are hand cut, and the ranch is homemade. While there are many other burger joints in town, Blue Sky does not cut corners. We personally love the cheeseburger with fries (ranch for dipping, of course) and a chocolate shake. We also really enjoy the protein plate which comes with chicken or beef with cheese, bacon, chili, and green chile! So good. Check out the menu for yourself.
On a side note, we always see fundraisers for schools, church groups, etc. at Blue Sky. We, the community, really appreciate the support of Blue Sky.
