Potbelly isn’t your ordinary sandwich shop. The atmosphere invites you to stay and eat your food, as well as hang out and enjoy the music. I had a delicious turkey and swiss and once it went through the toaster, it came out on the other side hot and melted. All I added to mine was pickles, but it was a darn delicious sandwich. Add some salt and vinegar Zapp’s chips and an iced tea, and I was in sandwich heaven.
