Mam’s tastes JUST LIKE the original Thai Pepper! Mam, the original owner of Thai Pepper, sold the restaurant following the passing of Kool. After several months in Thailand and Dallas, Mam realized she missed cooking food for Lubbock. So she got back in the game and opened Mam’s. It is delicious! Just like what we all know and love.
